xopen [, display] [, /private_colormap, /default_colormap, /selectvisual]

[x11] Sets the display screen that image output will be sent to, to display (a string), and optionally selects either a private colormap (/private_colormap) or the default colormap (/default_colormap). If /select_visual is specified, then a list of available color treatment methods ("visuals" in x-speak) is displayed and the user can select one.
