seps(lon1, lat1, lon2, lat2)

[SOFA] Returns the angular separation in radians between the direction with longitude lon1 (radians), latitude lat1 (radians) and the direction with longitude lon2 (radians), latitude lat2 (radians). All arguments must have the same dimensions. The result has those same dimensions, too.
