s2pv(theta, phi, r, td, pd, rd)

[SOFA] Returns the pv-vector that corresponds to the spherical coordinates longitude theta (radians), latitude phi (radians), radial distance r, rate of change of theta td, rate of change of phi pd, rate of change of r rd. All arguments must have the same dimensions. The result has those same dimensions, too, but with two extra dimensions equal to 2 and 3 prefixed.
