pmat06(jdtt)
[SOFA] Returns the precession matrix (including frame bias) from GCRS
to a specified TT Julian Date jdtt
according to the IAU
2006 model. The result has the same dimensions as jdtt
except that two dimensions equal to 3 are prefixed. If the result is
rbp
then v(date) = rbp v(gcrs)
where v(gcrs)
is a
p-vector with respect to the Geocentric Celestial Reference System and
v(date)
is a p-vector with respect to the mean equatorial triad
of the given date.
