nut06a, jdtt, dpsi, deps

[SOFA] Returns the nutation for TT Julian Date jdtt according to the IAU 2000A model, with adjustments to match the IAU 2006 precession. dpsi and deps are the returned nutation components (luni-solar + planetary) in radians with respect to the equinox and ecliptic of date. The output parameters get the same dimensions as jdtt.
