num06a(jdtt)

[SOFA] Returns the matrix for nutation for a given TT Julian Date jdtt, according to the IAU 2006/2000A model. The result has the same dimensions as jdtt with two dimensions equal to 3 prefixed. The returned matrix m can be used as follows: v(true) = m v(mean) where p-vector v(true) is with respect to the true equatorial triad of date and the p-vector v(mean) is with respect to the mean equatorial triad of date.
