[SOFA] Transforms Hipparcos star data into the FK5 (J2000.0) system. The Hipparcos data is: right ascension rah (radians), declination dech (radians), proper motion in right ascension drah (dRA/dt, in radians per Julian year), proper motion in declination ddech (dDec/dt, in radians per Julian year), parallax pxh (arcseconds), radial velocity rvh (km/s receding). The FK5 data is: right ascension ra5, declination dec5, proper motion in right ascension dra5, proper motion in declination ddec5, parallax px5, radial velocity rv5, all in the same units as the corresponding Hipparcos quantities. All input/output parameter (must) have the same dimensions.
