[SOFA] Returns the equatorial radius (in meters) and flattening of the Earth reference ellipsoid identified by ellid, which must be a scalar or single-element array: 1 = wgs84, 2 = grs80, 3 = wgs72. Unsupported ellipsoid identifiers yield radius and flattening equal to 0.
