c2teqx(rbpn, gst, rpom)

[SOFA] Returns the celestial-to-terrestrial matrix based on the celestial-to-true matrix rbpn, the Greenwich Apparent Sidereal Time angle gst (in radians) and the polar motion matrix rpom. The first two dimensions of rbpn and rpom must be equal to 3. The remaining dimensions of rbpn and rpom must be equal to the dimensions of gst. The result has the same dimensions as rbpn.
