c2tcio(rc2i, era, rpom)

[SOFA] Returns the celestial-to-terrestrial matrix based on the celestial-to-intermediate matrix rc2i, the Earth rotation angle era (in radians) and the polar motion matrix rpom. The first two dimensions of rc2i and rpom must be equal to 3. The remaining dimensions of rc2i and rpom must be equal to the dimensions of era. The result has the same dimensions as rc2i.
