c2ibpn(jdtt, rbpn)

[SOFA] Forms the celestial-to-intermediate matrix for TT Julian Dates jd, given the bias-precession-nutation matrix rbpn for those same dates. jdtt may be a numerical scalar or array. The dimensions of rbpn must be equal to those of jdtt but with two dimensions equal to 3 prefixed. The returned array has the same dimensions as rbpn.
