c2i00b(jdtt)

[SOFA] Returns the celestial-to-intermediate matrix for TT Julian Dates jdtt according to the IAU 2000B precession-nutation model. jdtt may be a numerical scalar or array.

The return value has dimensions 3, 3 prefixed to the dimensions from jdtt.

c2i00a returns slightly more accurate results but takes more time to calculate them.
