c2i00a(jdtt)

[SOFA] Returns the celestial-to-intermediate matrix for TT Julian Dates jdtt according to the IAU 2000A precession-nutation model. jdtt may be a numerical scalar or array. The return value has dimensions 3, 3 prefixed to the dimensions from jdtt.

c2i00b returns slightly less accurate results (about 1 mas) but faster.
