bp06, jdtt, rb, rp, rbp

[SOFA] Returns the frame bias and precession for TT Julian Dates jd according to the IAU 2006 precession-nutation model. rb receives the frame bias matrix, rp the precession matrix, and rbp the bias-precession matrix.

jdtt may be a numerical scalar or array.

rb has dimensions 3, 3. rp and rbp have dimensions 3, 3, prefixed to those from jdtt.
