9.3 Inspection of the System

If you think something may be wrong with the internal workings of LUX, then you can check the status of the whole system using the showstats command (showstats) or the ? command. Both commands yield the same kind of results, but the former is performed during execution as a regular statement, whereas the latter is performed directly after it is recognized, i.e., during parsing.
